Things have been quiet around here lately. You’d be forgiven for thinking I was on vacay somewhere hot and sunny, swinging in a hammock with a cute little umbrella drink. Truth is, I’ve been working like a crazy person behind the scenes.
Soooo….. you know that secret project I’ve been hinting about mysteriously for months?
Well, it’s time to let you in on what it is.
The secret is…. I’ve been writing a book!
If you follow me on Facebook, chances are you were the first to find out the big news. I ran a poll where you were able to vote for your favourite cover…. and this was the winner!!
Do you love it as much as I do??!
I’m seriously excited to be sharing this with you!
The book won’t be available for sale. It’s ONLY available to my blog subscribers, and I’m giving it away completely for FREE! It’s my way of saying a huge “thank you” to my loyal readers for hanging out with me in this little corner of the internet, and making A house full of sunshine such an uplifting and encouraging place to be.
That means, if you’re already subscribed, you will be the first to get your hands on a copy when it releases. It will be available as a digital download (PDF format), so you can read it on your desktop or export it to an e-reader.
The book launch is officially next Wednesday the 22nd, and I’ll share more details then…. but current subscribers, be watching your inbox early next week, because you are going to get your copy delivered FIRST, before it goes out to the rest of the world!
Love you all!

Hi Araceli! So glad to have you here! It's always lovely to put a name and "voice" to one of my readers. We traveled to Spain a few years back and loved it. I'm so glad you're enjoying the blog!

I love your home. Everything is just wonderful. I found you through Jen's I Heart Organizing. It is so fun to see homes on the other side of the world!! š I have "met" a few friends through the online scrapping world that live in Aus. One is in Brisbane and two others are down in Victoria. Last week, I was at a Halloween shop up here in Wisconsin, in the upper midwest of the US, and the people working there were New Zealanders, or Kiwi's as my Aussie scrappy friends call them. š
Fogot to say, my 16 yr old and I would love to have dual citizenship between here and there. As you are rolling into spring, we are heading into winter. We dread the cold and snow. If we could head down there before the snow flies here and come back when you roll into winter, we would always be in summer!! š

That sounds absolutely perfect!! š Although our summers can be pretty brutal where I live… I'm sure I'll be wishing for some snow at the height of the heat wave. LOL. Hey, so lovely to have you here. It's really cool that you already have some Aussie friends. Some of my best soul sisters are American girls – I just wish there wasn't such a big pond between us! xo

Karen, I don't know how I managed not to see this reply before – so I am sorry for not answering your questions! Yes, I am very familiar with Rockhampton! I never spent much time there, but it seemed to be along the train route to just about every place I did travel to on the way north. I love, love Brisbane and am dying to take my family there! I am really enjoying following your blog and look forward to keeping in touch!

So cool, Angela! If you ever do plan that trip down under with your family, make sure you look me up – that would be so much fun! š xo
